AFI AVIATION WEEK

1. Venue of the Events
The Events will take place at the African Union (AU) Conference Center, SIPOPO. The

2. Languages
The Events will be conducted in the English and French Languages.

3. Opening Session
A Grand Opening Ceremony for all the Events will take place on Monday, 27 June, 2016 at
09:00 hours at the AU Conference Center, where subsequent sessions will also be held.

4. Registration
The registration of participants must be completed online at the following website:
http://www.icao.int/WACAF/AFI-Safety-Week

Arrangements will be made on site for issuance of passes/badges upon confirmation of
online registration on Monday 27 June, 2016 from 07:30 to 08:30 hours.
KINDLY NOTE THAT ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL

5. Instruction and Documentation
All the Events will be paperless and all related documentation will be on line at
http://www.icao.int/WACAF/AFI-Safety-Week and http://www.icao.int/ESAF. Participants are
advised to bring along laptop computers and tablets for access.
